Next we’ll move into a guided creative writing practice adapted to be accessible for writers, artists, and creatives of all kinds – no writing background required. This exercise is designed to help you connect with your own voice, gently activate your imagination, and move beyond first thoughts.

You’ll also be introduced to a non-judgmental reflection process leading to a second creative prompt to take you deeper.

No critique, no pressure, no need to “perform.”
