I stepped up as organizer to reboot SCREENWRITERS OF SAN DIEGO on Meetup to help foster a screenwriting community here in San Diego.
I will be hosting a monthly Zoom where we will do writing prompts, discuss a topic/principle of narrative storytelling craft, and how it applies to our own projects. We can also socialize in person.
This meet up will be designed to help you as a writer get out of their own way, get you creative juices flowing, help deepen your knowledge of dramatic narrative storytelling principles.
Welcome writers, beginner to pro. This is a place to be inspired and encouraged.
Not just for screenwriters because much of what we explore will apply to play and novel writing. Actors also welcome!
